With a successful career following his passionate penchant for Radio, Thabo, or T-Bose as he is affectionately known, has been in the Commercial Broadcasting Business since 1997, and has explored an array of avenues on the Airwaves. He started out at YFM , and two years later, he became the best Wake Up call, with his Breakfast Show on Metro FM. This is a Personality who has contributed greatly to redefining Radio in South Africa, across a spectrum of Stations. T-Bose traded in being the Early Bird, and instead became the Night Owl, keeping Listeners company on the Late Show. 

In 2006, T-Bose joined Kaya FM, and currently boasts “The Best T in the City,” with his weekly Show of the same name. He is the Founder of Friends of T-Bose Education Foundation (FOTEF), an Organisation that has tasked itself with funding Tertiary Education for Students from Rural and impoverished Backgrounds; as well as building and equipping Learning Facilities such as Laboratories and Libraries in Rural Communities. T-Bose is a very passionate speaker and practitioner of the application of Knowledge, especially in the areas of Change Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Governance and General Management; Marketing Strategies and Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Youth Development. 

At a tender age of 11 months, Itumeleng was involved in a fire accident which left her severely burnt and as a result, she lost her right arm and four fingers on the left hand. To her, this was but a minor hurdle to jump over for this strong minded young woman. Itumeleng is the current producer of the biggest radio show in South Africa for SABC’s Metro FM called “The Sound Revival” with world renowned DJ Sbu. She is also the current producer of Thami Ngubeni’s gospel show on Metro FM called “The Sacred Space”. Despite all the success she has realized in the media industry, she continues to pursue her passion of public speaking and motivating communities from all walks of life with her inspirational word of mouth. Her long term experience as Project Manager for the Sibusiso Leope Education Foundation has successfully lead to Itumeleng’s latest project termed “Dove Self Esteem Campaign”, which takes her to all corners of our beloved country to meet and help instill self esteem in young school learners by way of workshops and interactive activities.

Andy Kawa is founder and chairman of the Kwanele-Enuf Foundation, a campaign against sexual abuse and violence. She is chairman of Interwaste Holdings and Chuma Holdings. She also serves on the boards of the Anglovaal Industries and Aquarius Platinum Mining. Kawa is a Rotarian and a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative SA and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In 2013 she was selected by BBC as one of 100 women making an impact for women in their countries. She participated in the BBC100Women.
